Chintz is usually a glazed solid
or imprinted cotton fabric. Several types of glaze can be used. It can also come in semi-glazed.
Chintz material used has a resin glaze finish, It will not
washout and will withstand dry cleaning as well.
CHINTZ is a noun, named from the Indian word 'chint', meaning "broad, gaudily
printed fabric."
Bed Skirts:
Solid colors are 100% cotton chintz
bed skirts with 14" to 29" ruffled or tailored drop, with or without split corners in any
size.
The chintz bed skirts are a no iron, easy care bed skirt, they are 100%
cotton chintz. *Please
indicate if velcro is to be attached to the front or backside edge when choosing
this option.

which will have 1" to 2" strips of velcro every few inches.
Canopy Tops: Canopy tops available in any size, crib canopies also available
as listed below.
Chintz material has a glaze or sheen to it which does not wash out. Canopy top
is made with the same material on top and the sides.
Pillow Shams:
Choice of ruffled or tailored
styles in any size.
Comforters and custom sizes available for all chintz bedding. All cotton chintz item
are special and order non-returnable.

Canopy Frame Dimensions: Most canopy tops
require canopy frame dimensions, each manufacturer makes canopy frames different
from each other. Please provide the following measurement when ordering as most
canopies are special order and may need to be custom made.
1. Provide width from corner to corner of canopy frame.
2. Provide length of canopy frame.
3. If "arch" or "camel" style, provide length of frame from corner
to corner, be sure to include the arch when measuring the length. *Important
for Arch or Camel Style! Be sure to measure the length which includes
following up and over the rise of the arch, this will give a longer distance
as if it were measured in a straight line. |
